Introduction to Qi Gong

You are warmly invited to try an introductory lesson to Qi Gong, hopefully we can practice on my terrace in Weggis if the weather is good this Thursday morning, 4th July, at 10 am.

Wear comfortable trousers and flat shoes or just socks. Afterwards we’ll have a refreshing drink. The “lesson” is just a half hour when I will share my love for this easy “meditation in movement “.
